Chocolate Mouse%%%<h4>Ingredients:</h4><p>15 small-medium mice with heads attached<br>3cups fish oil for frying (salmon is best)</p><p>5 oz pure dark chocolate bar<br>sea salt<br>1/2 freeze-dried tuna for garnish</p><h4> Directions:</h4><p>Heat chocolate over low heat till soft<br>Pat mouse bodies to dry out<br>Plunge 5 mice at at time into heated fish oil<br>Fry until crispy and toasty<br>Hold mice tails, dip heads into chocolate<br>Swirl around till lightly coated<br>Roll in tuna flakes<br>Set on rack to cool</p><p>(Canned or frozen mice will work if you don't have any fresh).</p>%%%####Ingredients:
